Remote Assistance Instructions

Our support software allows you to provide our technicians with temporarily access to your computer to remotely assist you with a problem or to configure your software.

  1. Create a Helpdesk ticket with our support department or email support@webvault.com.au. You will be provided a ticket number via email.  If you already have a ticket number proceed to Step 2.
  2. Click on the Link below for your computer platform to download the software.
  3. Run the downloaded software installer on your computer. Locate your ID number and password as shown.
  4. Provide your ID number and password to our technicians by responding to the helpdesk ticket or call our helpdesk on 1300 139 927.
